The LASER Neomidium YAG type Q-Switch has as its main function the elimination of superficial pigmentation of both natural and artificial skin, including in the latter the tattoos and micro-pigmentation, for example, having to carry out the treatment periodically until its total elimination.
It is important to keep in mind that pigment removal will be permanent. However, some patients may not be able to completely eliminate it due to the characteristics of their own skin, the depth of the pigment or the materials used in artificial pigments.
The most common side effects: possible mild irritation, small burning, or pigmentation changes.
After a treatment, the skin reaction is minimal, may show redness and a slight inflammation that disappears in approximately 3 or 4 days, the treated areas may darken from one to seven days after the session. It does not cause pain, just a slight prick. According to the experience accumulated to date, these side effects are temporary, but this does not ensure that it continues to occur in the same way.
After the session, a regenerating cream, a high protection screen and preferably cover the area with a dressing should be used in the exposed area and without exceptions.
It is warned that the skin will not be fully regenerated until 1 month after receiving the treatment.
